A Universal Scratch Card has been released in Ghana, enabling airtime recharge for almost all the country’s mobile operators.
The prepaid card, One4All, has been unveiled by Prymo Limited and can come in denominations between GHS1 and GHS20 and will be available for all networks with the exception of MTN, reported the Ghana News Agency.
Abubakar Iss-Hak, founder and executive director of Prymo Ghana, said: “Prymo believes in innovation and is focused on providing simple smart solutions that would increase convenience, flexibility and new opportunities to all prepaid mobile phone subscribers in the country.”
The voucher works like most other airtime scratch cards. The customer dials *161*, whatever network they are on, and then enters a 13 digit PIN followed by #.
Patricia Dovi Sampson, director of research, statistics and information management at the ministry of communications, urged Prymo to ensure they abide by the rules and regulations in the industry.
