Taxi requesting service in Nigeria Easy Taxi today announced the commencement of its referral programme for users in Lagos and Abuja. The company said the aim of the programme is to reward customers’ loyalty and expand their reach.
Easy Taxi in a statement said: “Users of the Easy Taxi application can earn points by encouraging and referring their friends and family to download and use the mobile application thereby promoting the benefits of adopting the usage of the application which provides safety and convenience to riders.”
The company said each time an existing Easy Taxi app user refers the requesting service to a family or friend and have them download the app, both the referrer and the referee get an Easy Taxi Voucher worth about US$6 (NGN1,000) in value.
“There is no limit to the number of friends or family a user can refer so, the more referrals a user makes, the more vouchers they get and this rewards program is applicable across Lagos and Abuja,” Easy Taxi said.
