Olive Telecommunications’ appeal against its exclusion from the tender for the provision of devices for the Kenyan government’s laptops for schools programme has been pushed until June 30 to allow all parties to file their submissions and affidavits.

HumanIPO reported in March Olive had gone to court to appeal against a ruling by the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board (PPARB) to revoke the award of the tender for the supply of devices over irregularities.

The three judge bench comprising of Justices George Kimondo, Mumbi Ngugi and George Odunga has directed the respondents to file their documents in the next 10 days.
