Cell C has finally recognised its data issues, following a barrage of complaints from South Africans on social media.
HumanIPO reported on Monday subscribers were complaining about network performance and customer support.
Cell C said today: “Cell C together with its vendor Huawei uncovered an underlying problem on our IT platform. Cell C and Huawei are working around the clock to find a solution to the problem.”
Cell C confirmed it was a data problem and that further updates would be circulated to subscribers.
