Team Europe constantly explore and develop business ideas with the explicit intention of starting new ventures. After finding a business idea and putting it to the test, Team Europe define the (entry) strategy and start to look for a matching founding team.

When starting a company, Team Europe is co-founders together with the management team. From day one, Team Europe and the other founders closely and actively work on the business model and push it ahead.

Once the company grows successfully Team Europe eventually withdraw from day to day business and take on the role of an active board member.
