Safaricom Blocking International Bulk SMS

Bulk SMS solution providers in Kenya have been dealt a blow after Safaricom decided to block every incoming SMS terminating with a modified foreign alphanumeric code to its subscribers. Their position is that any bulk SMS purchased away from them will be blocked from terminating to its subscribers.
