My work experience consists of hands-on sales, marketing, business and product development. I am used to working within different cultures (lived & worked in 5 countries). I am currently working for Preview Networks (PN) in Copenhagen which syndicates film trailer video content on behalf of the movie distributors. I joined the company in May 2008 to start the UK market. I was responsible for setting up the key partnerships with the film distributors while building the UK network from scratch. By the time I was promoted to my current Business Development Manager role (November 2009) I had 23 satisfied paying customers that included Paramount, Universal, Sony, etc, and a network of over 300 media including most of the major online broadsheets i.e. MSN, the Guardianonline, the Timesonline, etc. This network now delivers over 100,000 film trailer views per day and provides the film distributors accurate real time reporting on the progress of their video.

The following are the projects that I have led from conception though to implementation at Preview Networks:
• White label CMS – increased the value of our offering by allowing the distributors and their pr agencies to use our system for their own clip syndication and tracking
• New content – sourced content, figured out two profitable ways we could include this within our content offering and leveraged this as a new service we could also offer to our media network
• Podcast & Mobile strategy – potential deals each netting 24,000$ pa

I am finishing my Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management in April 2010. I am confident, committed and have a drive to succeed to ensure tasks are driven through to completion. I am extremely passionate about the digital video industry. There is so much exciting potential right now; we are standing on the cusp of such a huge change in the way content is being distributed and consumed digitally.
